  • On the northeastern side of Dhaka, between the Shitalakhya and the Balu River lies the Project area, which is made up of roughly 6150 acres of land divided into 30 sectors.
  • The Airport Road/Pragatii swarani crossing will connect the Township to an 8-lane, broad expressway.
  • There will be roughly 26,000 residential plots of various sizes, 62,000 flats, and all required urban utilities available.

All the apartments are going to be made according to Detailed Area Plan (DAP). In December 2021, RAJUK planned and prepared it. By the year 2035, Dhaka is to be transformed into a livable, cutting-edge megacity, according to the 20-year master plan that was authorized.

With a few particular goals, the Structure Plan includes DAP provision by default. These include:

  • The study's fundamental infrastructure and services are provided by organized planning.
  • Create a welcoming environment to encourage business activity.

  • Designate canals, recover them, and provide water retention zones in order to solve the issue of water logging and enhance drainage infrastructure.
